Cosmetic Acupuncture

Luminous skin rooted in ancient medicine & modern precision

Cosmetic acupuncture supports radiant, healthy skin by improving circulation, stimulating collagen production, and enhancing overall vitality. By addressing both facial tone and internal balance, this treatment promotes natural facial rejuvenation without injectables or harsh interventions.

Over time, this treatment can gently support improvements in:

Softening fine lines

Revitalizing dull or tired skin

Reducing puffiness

Releasing jaw tension

Supporting acne-prone skin

Improving facial tone

Easing stress-related facial tension

How Cosmetic Acupuncture Works

Cosmetic acupuncture involves the gentle placement of ultra-fine needles in specific facial and body points. These points stimulate collagen production, improve circulation, and promote internal balance. By enhancing blood flow and releasing facial tension, the skin appears brighter, firmer, and more revitalized over time.

This approach enhances your natural features rather than altering them.

FAQs

Does cosmetic acupuncture hurt?

Cosmetic acupuncture uses ultra-fine, sterile needles that are gently placed to stimulate circulation and collagen production. Most clients find the treatment deeply relaxing, often describing only a mild sensation upon insertion.

How is cosmetic acupuncture different from Botox or fillers?

Cosmetic acupuncture supports your body’s natural collagen production and facial muscle balance rather than freezing or filling. Results develop gradually and focus on improving tone, elasticity, and overall vitality while maintaining natural facial expression.

How many treatments are recommended?

Many individuals notice a visible glow and radiance after just one session. Individual results vary based on your skin’s current condition, collagen levels, overall health, and treatment goals. For optimal collagen support and more lasting results, a series of 8–10 treatments spaced weekly or biweekly is typically recommended, followed by maintenance sessions as desired.

Is there downtime required after a session?

There is little to no downtime. You may experience slight redness or minor pinpoint bruising, which typically resolves quickly.

Microneedling & Nanoneedling FAQ

Your comfort and clarity matter. Review the FAQs below or reach out anytime with any additional questions. If you’re ready to begin, simply book your appointment and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Microneedling is generally well tolerated. A topical numbing cream will be applied prior to treatment for comfort. Most clients describe the sensation as mild pressure or vibration rather than pain.

  • You may experience redness similar to a mild sunburn for 24–48 hours following microneedling. Mild dryness or flaking may occur as the skin renews.

Nanoneedling involves little to no downtime and most clients return to normal activities the same day.

All aftercare will be discussed following your treatment.

  • For optimal collagen remodeling and long-term improvement, a series of 3–6 treatments spaced approximately 4–6 weeks apart is typically recommended. Maintenance treatments may be scheduled as needed based on your goals.

  • Many clients notice an immediate glow and improved skin vitality within a few days after treatment. Because microneedling stimulates collagen production, results continue to develop gradually over the following weeks; specifically with improvements in tone, texture, and firmness becoming more noticeable over time.

For nanoneedling, you may notice enhanced hydration and radiant within 24-72 hours.

  • For at least 72 hours, avoid direct sun exposure, retinoids, exfoliating acids, and active skincare products. Also avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and swimming for 72 hours. Keep the skin clean, hydrated, and protected with gentle moisturizer and SPF.

Personalized aftercare instuctions and take-home guidance will be provided to support optimal healing.

  • Microneedling is safe for most skin types when performed by a trained, licensed professional. A personalized consultation will determine whether this treatment is appropriate for you and your skin’s current condition.

Microneedling may not be appropriate for individuals with active skin infections, open wounds, certain inflammatory skin conditions, or those who are pregnant. A consultation will determine whether treatment is appropriate for you.

  • Microneedling penetrates deeper into the skin to stimulate collagen production and address concerns such as scarring, fine lines, and skin texture irregularities.

Nanoneedling works more superficially and is ideal for enhancing product absorption, improving hydration, and radiance with minimal downtime.
